from DailySquashReport.com

November 10, 2011 - Last season’s Pro Squash Tour (PST) champion Bradley Ball of England is the top seed in this weekend’s Tuxedo NY Open, which begins tonight with four qualifying matches at the Live Technology Headquarters in Tuxedo Park, New York.

The event marks Ball’s return to action on the PST tour following a disciplinary suspension handed down in August resulting from referee dissent at the Mohawk Hampton Open, where he lost in the finals to John White.

According to PST commissioner Joe McManus, Ball will have to navigate this season’s deepest PST draw to date.

Players include:

Mohamed El Shernini: Current PST #1, 2011 San Diego Open and Bobcat Classic Champion

Mohamed Nabil: 2011 Boston Open Champion

Andres Vargas: Colombian National Team Member, 4-time All-American at Trinity College

Adrian Leanza: 2011 Boston Open Finalist

Tonight’s first round qualifying features 2009 US women’s intercollegiate champion and current Trinity student Nour Bahgat in her third PSTappearance. She will take on Kyle Jens of the US at 5:45.

Qualifying Lineup:

Adrain Leanza (US) v Mitch Bottini (Italy) 5pm
