- U.S. Squash is sending 57 junior squash-players and NINE coaches to
the British Junior Squash Open over the January 2 through 6
weekend...wonderful for sure! However, we've often wondered where all
the money that U.S. Squash makes off of junior squash-tournament
entry-fees goes. This should give you an indication of where some of it
goes, i.e. 66 round-trip flights, accommodations, F&B, uniforms,
etc., etc. to Birmingham, England. We wondered...how much is left for
grass-roots development!? We think perhaps...it may just be the "tail
wagging the dog!"!
