- World #27 Saurav Ghosal of India cruised past Scotland's Alan Clyne last night to reach the final of the PSA Metro Squash Windy City Open in Chicago.

The 25-year-old Ghosal will Pakistan's Yasir Butt, a five-set semi-final winner over Mohammed Anwar Reda of Egypt.

Yoni Ellous files this report:

(Q) Yasir Butt (PAK) 9/11 11/2 8/11 12/10 11/3 bt [3] Mohd Ali Anwar Reda (EGY)

We are really getting spoiled here in the Windy City with another great four game match of the highest quality. After a tough fought three games Mohd had Yasir against the ropes in the fourth. Two match balls but Yasir managed to fend both of them off, including with one shot that just exploded into the nick and brought the crowd to their feet. Mohd hurt his hand in the beginning of the fifth and then seemed to lose his way. He never looked the same and Yasir never looked back cruising to an easy close out in the fifth.

[1] Saurav Ghosal (IND) vs [4] Alan Clyne = 11/4 11/5 11/6

After two tough matches Saurav came into today's match still looking good. There were some long rallies but it never looked like Alan was going to hurt Saurav. It was an entertaining match but there was only ever going to be one winner.

Looking forward to what promises to be a very exciting match tomorrow.

Final  [1] Saurav Ghosal (IND) vs [QLF] Yasir Butt (PAK) @ 2.00pm at the University Club of Chicago
