THE T SQUASH CENTER, an exciting new 5 court Squash Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio is now hiring its second full time teaching professional.

We are dedicated to the mission of forming the character of young people through an intense engagement with Squash.  Our model will promote the broad growth of the game through school based programming at the Grade School and High School Levels, and will stress excellence in sport, academics and personal character, each in equal parts.

We will develop a pilot program, whereby inner city schools will participate in our inter-school league composed of teams from the city’s leading private and public schools.  In this way, we hope to build bridges of understanding in our community through focused participation in a common sport.  We also hope to make available life-changing opportunities for personal growth to several under privileged children each year.

Our facility includes five (5) singles squash courts, a study hall for junior players, a core agility studio, a cardio area, locker rooms and a bar / lounge for parents.  We offer a great working environment, a unique approach to growing the game, and a competitive compensation package (retainer, percentage of lesson revenue, and health benefits).

This position will aid in the growth and expansion of our successful Junior Squash program established in 2009.  The position will oversee the development of team based squash programming for middle school and high school teams in our city, as well as to work with our tournament level junior players.  Coaching duties will focus on clinics and private lessons, overseeing match play formats, running tournaments and camps and encouraging participation in Squash at all levels, including the parents of our kids.
