Dylan Murray, Sabrina Sobhy Retain US Junior Nationals Titles

March 18, 2013 - Top-seeded Dylan Murray of Bronxville, New York, pounded out a four-game final round victory over Pennsylvania's Devin McLaughlin to retain his US Junior Boys' U-19 title Sunday in New Haven.
On Saturday Murray withstood a difficult semifinal against Liam McClintock, winning 11-8 in the fifth.
Murray closes out a stellar high school career by winning the event for the third consecutive year.
In Girls' U-19 play, Sabrina Sobhy of Long Island, NY, beat Maria Elena Ubina in three games to win her second straight US championship.
The 16-year-old dropped only one game in the five-round event, to Olivia Fiechter in the semis. Sobhy and Ubina met in the 2012 US junior final as well.
