The T Squash Academy (www.tsquashacademy.org) seeks a Director of Boys Squash / Touring Pro

The T Squash Machine continues to expand in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We are looking to hire a full time Director of Boys and Men's Squash to start in the Summer of 2015.

Our squash development model has been praised by Kevin Klipstein, CEO of US Squash, as being on the "leading edge of the development of the sport." We have an 8 court facility in a large city that is dedicated to the growth of the sport at the scholastic level, through public and private schools throughout the city. We have successfully run two seasons of Team Squash Leagues for middle school children and are looking to expand our program next season.  We currently have 60 children in our programming, 17 of whom have begun competing in regional tournaments.

Our facility includes eight (8) singles squash courts, a study area for junior players, group fitness studios, a Fitness Center, indoor / outdoor pools, tennis and paddle tennis courts, basketball and soccer fields, indoor track, locker rooms and a bar / lounge for parents.  We offer a great working environment and an innovative approach to growing the game in the Mid West.

This position will work with Laura Caty, our Director of Girls and Women's Squash, to grow our successful Squash program.  The position will oversee the continued development of team based squash programming for middle school and high school teams, as well as work with our tournament level junior players, and run our adult men's league play.  Coaching duties will focus on clinics and private lessons, overseeing match play formats, helping to run leagues, tournaments and camps and encouraging participation in Squash at all levels, including the parents of our kids.
