Assistant Squash Professional

The Cleveland Racquet Club  is one of the Midwest’s premier Racquet Clubs.  It has four international squash courts, two North American doubles courts and is host to many junior and adult tournaments, including the WSA Cleveland Classic.  The purpose of The Cleveland Racquet Club is to offer the best facilities to the membership and the best programs and opportunities for all.

We are currently seeking a full time assistant squash professional.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the development of both the adult and junior squash programs.
• Teaching clinics, lessons and summer/ holiday camps.
• Assisting in running club tournaments, leagues and events.
• Coaching at internal and external tournaments.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience coaching/instructing squash.
• Experience building a squash program.
• The ability to work with a variety of ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Professional national/ international playing experience (not necessary though preferred).
• A genuine love of squash and the ability to teach at all ages and levels.
