David Palmer In Action Tonight As Qualifiers Through In PST American Open

- Talented New York junior Mason Ripka pounded out a straight-set victory over American Andrew Kriete last night to advance to today's main draw round-of-16 of the PST American Open in Tuxedo Park, New York.

Also advancing out of the final round of qualifying were Assem Salem, Shaun Johnstone and Faraz Khan.

Salem got past Mitch Bottini in four, Johnstone straight-gamed Phil Wilkins and Khan won by default over Robert McDavid.

Tonight's lineup features former world #1 David Palmer on court, as well as Wael El Hindi, Gustav Detter and Bradley Ball.

The matches will be streamed live - a look at yesterday's streaming revealed a clear presentation but with occasional shutdown glitches.
