Proxy Voting Available for 2012 Annual Meeting of the Members

June 27, 2012 - In accordance with the Association By-laws, ARTICLE IV, Section 1, the Association hosts an Annual Meeting of the Members. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Directors duly nominated by the Board upon recommendation by the Nominating and Governance Committee to fill upcoming vacancies on the Board, as well as to consider any other business brought before the membership in accordance with the By-laws.
The Annual Meeting of the Members will be conducted in conjunction with the Annual Assembly at the U.S. Open in Philadelphia on Saturday, October 6th beginning at 9:00AM ET. The meeting will serve as the official election to the Board of Directors of the Nominating and Governance Committee recommended, Board-nominated, candidates. On the brief agenda for the meeting will be the official election to the Board of Directors of the three (3) Nominating and Governance Committee recommended, Board-nominated candidates. Since 2009 the Board of Directors is pleased to offer the membership the opportunity to assign your proxy online for the election. The process is being facilitated by the independent Board of Review, and is using 3rd party software. To assign your proxy and participate in the election will only take a few minutes.
