Seattle Junior Enjoys Success in Portugal from DSR Media June 29, 2015 - 14-year-old US junior Elena Wagenmans captured the girls under-19 title at last week's Portuguese Junior Open in Porto.
The event was held as a 5-player round robin and included world girls No 88 Cristina Gomez of Spain.
Elena reached the under-15 final at the 2014 US Junior Open, losing to Nada Abbas of Egypt.
The Washington state-based junior has also represented the Netherlands in WSA women's play.
