The T Squash Machine
continues to expand in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are looking to hire
another full time Squash Instructor to start in the Fall of 2014.
Our facility includes eight (8) singles squash courts, a Fitness
Center, a study area for junior players, locker rooms and a bar /
lounge for parents. We offer a great working environment and an
innovative approach to growing the game in the Mid West.
This position will
work with Laura Caty, our Squash Director, to grow our successful
Junior Squash program established in 2009. The position will
oversee the development of team based squash programming for middle
school and high school teams in our city, as well as work with our
tournament level junior players. Coaching duties will focus on
clinics and private lessons, overseeing match play formats, helping to
run leagues, tournaments and camps and encouraging participation in
Squash at all levels, including the parents of our kids.
Applicants should have: · A strong playing background · Two years coaching experience, ideally with experience coaching all levels · Valid US work visa. · Leadership ability to command the respect of a wide range of junior players · Strong communication, organizational skills, and computer skills · Good presentation and salesmanship to help sell this great game to young people · A genuine passion to teach the game and shape the character of young players
