Alberta is a member owned family sporting and recreation and social
Club with 7,000 members. The 190,000 square feet of facilities
includes: 7 international squash courts (including one exhibition
court), a 6 lane swimming pool, a leisure pool complete with lazy river
and a large whirlpool, childcare facilities, Fitness & Lifestyle
Centre, 4 indoor tennis courts, 5 international badminton courts, 10
sheets of curling ice, 10 lanes of 5 pin bowling, an indoor skating
rink, a teen room, a 55 plus room, sports shop, cafeteria, restaurant
and bar, meeting and banquet rooms.
The Club is currently undergoing a
$20 million expansion which will include additional badminton and
tennis courts, a new North American hardball doubles squash court,

The Opportunity: Assistant Squash Professional
The Club is seeking an extremely
motivated full time Assistant Squash Professional to join the current
coaching team. Duties will include coaching adult and junior group and
private lessons; assisting in running internal and external
tournaments, and increasing participation within the Squash program at
all levels. Applicants should have proven coaching experience and
a minimum Level 2 NCCP Certification (or international
equivalent). Competitive playing experience at national level is
an asset. This opening could appeal to a PSA or WISPA player wanting to
base themselves in North America, with guaranteed coaching
revenue, a fantastic club to train at as well as a flexible schedule
which would provide the opportunity to play the growing North American
professional circuit.

package including retainer (commensurate with experience), percentage
of group and private lesson revenue, health and dental coverage,
