WISPA #34 Joshna Chinappa of India
handled Elpiniki Clement of the US in three. Third-seeded Sina Wall of
Germany beat Leoni Holt of England in a tight three, and Canadian
Samantha Cornett, the fourth-seed, straight-setted Indian qualifier
Anaka Alakamony.
