Coach Assaiante Filed This Report Last Night:

First of all I am so pleased with Chris - he played a great first game and was at 8-8 in the second and just got a bit over-excited.

Beng Hee was superb in the third.

Gordo never gave up in the fourth but has simply exerted too much energy.

Chris has improved every day!  So coachable and adding more to his game every day.

Julian never got a rest due to Gilly's injury and has had to play a world-class player every day!  Tough sledding.

His first game was the best he played all week.

When you play top-15 players you simply need to hit a heavier, more powerful ball.

You cannot float it to the back.

The first game was much better.

The Malaysian moved up in the court and simply became too strong.

Todd was keen to play and continue his road of development but chose not to play the dead rubber as tomorrow is huge.

You must understand that once we got into the top 8, every match has been brutal with elite players on every team.

Being a man down there has been no place to recover.

Tomorrow we play a hard match for the 7th day in a row.

We are excited to EMPTY the tanks as we vie to be #7.

Fun.
