Qualifying Rounds Begin Today In Men's British Grand Prix

- Two rounds of tough qualifying for eight main-draw spots in the Rowe British Grand Prix begin today in Wolverhampton, England.


The British Grand Prix is one of nine designated World Series PSA major tournaments and is the most prestigious men's European event of the year.

The draw is loaded with compelling match-ups, including World #43 Englishman Joey Barrington squaring off against recently-crowned World Junior Champion Marwan El Shorbagy of Egypt.

World #29 Simon Rosner of Germany is the top seed.


There are no North American players in the qualifier or main draw of the event.
