- 2005 British Open Champion Anthony Ricketts came out of retirement in style at the 9-Tel Legends Of Squash at St. George’s Hill, scoring a first-round win over old rival and former world #1 Peter Nicol, and then following it up by beating Simon Parke.

Meanwhile, Jonathon Power retired yesterday with an elbow injury in his second pool match against Nick Taylor, but he is hopeful of being able to play today against Parke, in the final pool match.

Ricketts, out of Sydney, Australia, reached a career high world #3 in 2004. He retired from the PSA Tour in December 2007 following a knee injury.
