The Philadelphia Country Club
is a premier, full service, family oriented, private country club
dedicated to the enjoyment of our Members and their families. The Club
is located in Philadelphia's Main Line region. We are currently
accepting resumes and interviewing for a full-time Assistant Squash
Professional who will be a part of the Athletic Department team. We are
looking for a highly qualified professional with talent, experience,
initiative and motivation.
Our facility includes three (3) singles squash courts and two (2)
doubles squash courts, a full service Fitness Center, an Olympic size
outdoor pool , nine (9) tennis courts and by the fall of 2011 four (4)
paddle courts.
The Club is seeking a professional player with experience teaching all
levels of players from Juniors to Adults of varying ability levels.
This position involves teaching private, group and clinic lessons,
organizing round robins, tournaments and training schedules for the
advanced players.
The successful applicant must have a strong playing background.
(Doubles experience is a plus) Strong communication skills are required
as well as a professional and ethical approach of promoting the game of
squash. Administrative and basic computer skills are essential.
Two (2) years coaching and a minimum Level- I certification, experience
in tennis, paddle or fitness (personal training or group exercise) is a
plus.
This position includes a base salary as well as lesson and clinic
compensation. Also included are benefits including medical, dental,
STD, life, AD&D, earned time off, 401(k), meals and more.
