US Open Qualifying Fields Set

September 9, 2011 - US Intercollegiate champion Todd Harrity and #1 ranked US junior Dylan Murray have been given local wildcard spots in the US Open qualifying draw which begins September 28th in Philadelphia.
Local wildcard qualifying spots have also been issued to Drexel University head coach John White, Graham Bassett, Christopher Hanson and the winner of a play-down between Joe Russell and Thomas Mattson.
In addition, Jamie Macaulay and Iago Comes have earned spots by reaching the finals of a local pre-qualifying draw.
The full men’s qualifying field is as follows, with the top eight finishers earning main draw placements:

On the women’s side, the four local wildcard qualifying positions were given to Sabrina Sobhy, Niki Clement, Alexandra Clark and Olivia Fiechter.
