Gaultier have taken the first steps towards qualifying for the
season-ending PSA Dubai World Series finals after triumphing at the
first PSA World Seres tournament of the season - the Delaware
Investments U.S. Open.
Gaultier took the title in emphatic fashion, defeating Egyptian Omar
Mosaad 3-0 while Massaro capped a spell-binding week with a 3-2 final
win over Nour El Tayeb. Victory sees both players earn maximum points
towards the Road To Dubai standings. The journey towards the lucrative
spectacular continues at the Qatar Classic in just ten days' time.
Come May 2016, only the top eight players on the standings will qualify
for a coveted place at the PSA Dubai World Series Finals with every
match in the PSA World Series vital in determining who gets a shot at
one of the sport’s most prestigious titles.
