Life Time Fitness is currently hiring the position of full time certified squash pro in Atlanta, GA.
Life Time Fitness
currently has 43 squash centers across the US with 6 more courts
opening in the next year. Our expansion plans will take us to many new
markets. We are the home to 1 million members with many thousands of
juniors at each location. We have grown our programs and participation
from 5,000 squash players to over 19,000.
Our pro team is
unique, as we work together to create nationwide successful programs
that are key in growing the sport. The pro team meets monthly to ensure
each pro’s success. Life Time is in a unique position in the squash
community as we are growing and contributing to the sport unlike any
other squash club.
We are committed to growing squash and developing programs for all skill levels and ages.
Squash Pro job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Organizing and teaching all LTF squash programs • Growing squash participation and executing outstanding member service skills • Monthly meetings and training with National Director • Running and organizing our Signature Program, tournaments, junior programs, leagues, socials • Responsible for the financial budget and performance of their program In order to qualify for this position you must have the following:
• Minimum Level 2 certification • 1-2 years prior squash club and programming experience required • Good communication and organizational skills • Computer and people skills a must • Demonstrate knowledge on how to grow a squash program • High level of energy and enthusiastic • 36+ hours per week available • Ability to develop programs and execute Compensation:
• Full benefits to include: medical, dental, 401K, LTF stocks plus more • Performance based
compensation which includes base pay plus commission. Commissions will
include % of all program revenues with opportunity to earn up to $52
