Jahangir
Khan is considered by many to be the greatest male professional
squash-player of all time! Not only did Jahangir win six World Open
squash championships, but he won an unprecedented ten British Open
squash titles in a row, from 1982 to 1991. Although his father (Roshan)
was Jahangir's initial coach, Jahangir was coached by his cousin Rehmat
who guided him through most of his career. In 1984, the Pakistani
government commemorated Jahangir's illustrious squash career by issuing
a postage stamp displaying Jahangir's image.
Footnote: Malaysia's Nicol David held the women's PSA world open title for a record nine years!
