Evans of Wales Sunday to cap a weekend of dominating play in southern
California.
The final round tally was 11-7, 11-1, 11-6 in 32 minutes.
On Saturday Amanda turned back Canadian #1 Sam Cornett in a straight-set 33 minute effort.
Earlier, Sobhy beat Argentina's Fernanda Rocha in 17 minutes and Carrie Ramsey of England in 26.
The LA Open victory marked Amanda's 11th WSA title, and fourth in the last four months.
