- Of the over 165 junior squash-players currently registered to play
the January 19-21 U.S. Squash West Coast JCT squash championships being
hosted by the Squash Zone Club in Redwood City, CA, only 35 are from
California! The remaining 130 players are from other parts of the
country...mostly the East Coast! What's that about!? The Frank
Millet JCT's in Sudbury, Massachusetts is being held over the February
16-18 weekend, just ONE month later! Isn't that enough for the East
Coast junior squash-players to enter and play in!? By entering the West
Coast JCT's, the East Coast players are preventing many of the West
Coast junior squash-players from making the "CUT!" Why can't U.S.
Squash limit or even restrict the West Coast JCT's to West Coast
players, like is done with their Regional Squash Championships!? Just
saying!
