In the women's TOC qualifying finals at the Princeton Club of New York:
Hong Kong's Annie Au upended India's Dipika Pallikal in straight games;
Rachael Grinham of Australia beat Line Hansen of Denmark in three;
The UK's Sarah-Jane Perry held on to beat Egyptian Omneya Abdel Kawy 11-7 in the fifth;
and Harvard's Amanda Sobhy came from two down to beat Egyptian Nour El Sherbini in five.
