Coll Wins Squash Player’s Player of the Month Award from Squash Media

New Zealander Paul Coll is Squash Player’s Male Player of the Month for
January, following his stunning win in the $100,000 St George’s Hill
Classic in December.
The 24-year-old had to come through qualifying to secure the largest
pay cheque of his career, beating eighth seed Max Lee, fourth seed
Miguel Angel Rodriguez and fifth seed Tarek Momen on the way.
"It was a bit surreal. I had no idea I would be in the final, let alone
win it," said Coll after trouncing Momen 3/0 in the final.
“This would be the biggest and most important title in my career, as it
has given me massive confidence that I can compete with the top guys.
“I haven't changed a whole lot this year; I’ve just continued to train hard and I guess it is paying off.”
