PST Names Connecticut's Shahid Khan Its Sportsman of the Year from Tour Media

- Shahid Khan is the Professional Squash Tour's Sportsman of the Year.
"Shahid represents the best ideals of what a professional athlete can
and should be," said PST Commissioner Joseph McManus.
"He competes in every match to the best of his ability, and with his
every action shows his respect for his opponent, the fans, and the
sport."
This past year, Khan won the Siena Open in Albany, NY and the Pyramid
Open in Tuckahoe, NY. Khan is a teaching pro at Rye Brook, NY's Club at
800.
The 6'3" left hander is originally from Ipswich Town in England and now
makes his home in Stamford, Connecticut.
He is presently #16 in the season standings and will make his next
appearance on court at the PST World Open in Tuxedo Park, NY beginning
April 18 and running through April 21.
