Khalifa, Bayoumy, and Nabil to Vie for Weekend PST Canton Open Title from Tour Media
April 3, 2014 - Talented Egyptians Amr Khaled Khalifa and Moustafa Bayoumy will be top seeds in this weekend's Canton Open. Both made their PST during the first half of the season. Khalifa, the former
World Junior Champion, came to America a year ago and immediately won
the College Squash Association National Championship. During his PST
debut at the Bobcat Classic, he nearly knocked off PST's reigning
champion David Palmer, who edged Khalifa 11-9 in game 5 of a hard
fought match. Bayoumy, who hails
from Cairo, Egpyt trains at the Heliopolis Club and competes on the
same squash team as Ramy Ashour. Bayoumy came to America for his
education, but remains a special squash talent. During the Saints
season, he was a perfect 14-0. During his PST debut he was knocked out
of the Cleveland Classic by Thierry Lincou in a four game match. Moustafa Nabil is also
a new recruit to Pro Squash Tour. And the talented young Egyptian has

finals of the Chestnut Hill Open. And then last week, he captured the
Mamroneck Open tournament title.
