US To Send Eleven To World Junior Individuals in Qatar

June 13, 2012 - Five US girls and six US boys have been installed in the draws for next month's World Junior Individuals in Doha, Qatar.
#1 US Junior Maria Elena Ubina is a 5/8 seed in the women's field. She is joined by Katie Tutrone, Olivia Fiechter, Reeham Sedky and 13/16 seeded Sabrina Sobhy.
Egypt's Nour El Sherbini is the women's top seed, followed by Emily Whitlock of England.
If seeding holds form, Ubina would face top-seeded El Sherbini in the quarters.
The men's field will include US juniors Dylan Murray, a 17/20 seed, Edward Columbia, Devin McLaughlin, Liam McClintock, Thomas Dembinski and Mason Ripka.
Egyptians Marwan El Shorbagy and Mohamed Abouelghar are the men's top seeds.
The championships will take place from July 7th - 18th.
