- German favourite Jens Schoor fulfilled his seeding in the Pilatus Cup
in Switzerland when he clinched the PSA World Tour Challenger 5 squash
title at Sportpark Pilatus Kriens in Kriens.
The world No78 from Worms reached the final - the eighth of his career
- after seeing off fourth-seeded Frenchman Joan Lezaud in straight
games in the semis.
Third seed Zahed Mohamed, a 20-year-old from Egypt, made his
breakthrough in the other semi - upsetting Austria's No2 seed Aqeel
Rehman in four games to reach the fifth Tour final of his career.
Sure-footed Schoor took the first two games in the final before world No90 Mohamed struck back to reduce the deficit.
But the German retained his focus to close out the match 11-7, 11-8, 7-11, 11-9 and notch up his sixth PSA World Tour title.
