- The Asian Squash Federation gave me 2 assignments which were to
assist & conduct two ASF Level-1 Coaching courses in the country
and to become an Asian Squash Federation / World Squash Federation
qualified instructor.
The first assignment i have completed
in Malaysia, as the Squash Racket Association of Malaysia gave me an
opportunity to assist with a WSF Level-1 Coaching Course. Iam very
thankful to SRAM & Mr Peter Chee who assessed me during my first
assignment.
For my 2nd assignment I conducted an ASF Level-1
Coaching Course from 27-30 MAY 2016 in Islamabad, Pakistan. I am
thankful to the Pakistan Squash Federation, and I am also very thankful
to Mr Fahim Gul who assessed me during my last assignment.
A
total of 15 candidates attended the ASF Level-1 Coaching Course. 12
males and 3 females, and they were from Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore &
Pindi.

4) From Karachi:-Madina Zafer . In
this course participants learned the latest development in squash /
modern training style / modern teaching style / fitness training /about
injury prevention etc. They also learned in detail the basic
strokes of squash, which will help them to develop player skills and
overall performance, and some day enable them to give podium
performances on a national and international level.
Its my
aim to do my best for the promotion and development of squash around
the world and my dream is to see squash in the Olympic Games.
