July 29, 2012 - An Australian is guaranteed to win the NSW Open Sydney after top seeds Rex Hedrick and Aaron Frankcomb reached Sunday’s final.

Hedrick beat Austria’s Aqeel Rehman 11-8, 11-9, 11-8 before Frankcomb downed Andrew McDougall of Canada 11-5, 11-5, 11-5.

The top seeds also reached the women’s decider, with Denmark’s Line Hansen defeating Thaisa Serafini and Amanda Landers-Murphy too good for Deon Saffery.
