West versus East by Nick-At-Will
Out of the 470 junior squash-players registered for the September 4-6
U.S. Squash West Coast Junior JCT Squash Open, only about 55 of those
players are from the west coast. Let's see...470 players minus 55
players equates to 415 east coast, etc. players playing in a west coast
event. We recommend a change in the U.S. Squash JCT policy to do as
they do with the regional events, allowing only the states of AK, AZ,
CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY to compete in a west coast
JCT event. The east coast and mid Atlantic states have their own JCT
events to compete in. Just saying!
