Is
your junior squash-player "addicted!?" What do we mean by that?
Well...are they "addicted" to their i-phone or cell-phone device? Is
your child spending WAY too much time on this device? Wikipedia says:
"Addiction is a brain disorder characterized by compulsive
consequences." And...those words "brain disorder" and "despite adverse
consequences" are important! Who wants a child with a "brain
disorder!?" Are your children allowing themselves to be on their
i-phone, having it take the place of reading, studying, or more
importantly...sleeping!? This is becoming a universal problem that was
prevalent when television was introduced and became a baby-sitting
surrogate! If you feel or want your child to have access to
"communication" with you, take away their i-phone(s) and buy them a
cell-phone...ONLY! Let SQUASH be their only "addiction!? As a friend of
ours (Rod Symington) once wrote: "Squash...the drug of choice!"
