Large Amateur Event To Run Concurrent With San Francisco September Netsuite Open by Kim Clearkin
August 4, 2013
Squash Players I am excited to announce that the Latitude 38 Group Open
returns to San Francisco as an Adult Skill level and Womens 3-a-side
team event hosted by the Bay Club San Francisco and the University Club
and co-hosted by the Olympic Club. Also this year we are running
concurrently the San Francisco Open Doubles tournament at the
University Club. Players may enter one or two of these events.
All three of these tournaments will offer the chance for players to see
First Round Matches of the NetSuite Pro Open at local clubs as well as
Quarter final tickets at the Glass Court. This year we see the return
of reigning champion Greg Gaultier and former World number 1, James
Willstrop. Undoubtedly though the confirmed participation of current
World number 1, Ramy Ashour will draw a lot of excitement. All tournament
participants will receive a tournament gift and are invited to a player
reception to be hosted by the University Club after the First Round
qualifying on Friday evening. Extra tickets are available for purchase
for guests - please make sure to RSVP to this event with the number of
tickets required on the entry form. Please note that we
plan to start the tournaments at noon on Friday. If you can't make that
time please make sure to indicate your earliest start time on the entry
form. Please join in this festival of Squash September 27th -29th. If you have any questions please let me know.
