September 26, 2022--IOC
President Thomas Bach reportedly attended Friday's Giza pyramids
quarterfinal between Coll and Dessouky, found something amusing--and
lasted a grand total of 4 minutes before he and his entourage up and
departed.
What an insult.
This guy has attended sporting events worldwide. He knows better.
Squash has an outside shot at LA 2028 with a decision to be made next year.
At this point the best strategy to get the IOC's attention--and
maintain a measure of integrity--is to ban IOC members from future pro
squash events.
